Living Life With Confidence

Checkout my latest post below.

Psalm 27:1–3 “The Lord is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked advance against me to devour me, it is my enemies and my foes who will stumble and fall. Though an army besiege me, my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident.”

Life can be overwhelming! Today’s scripture warns us that we have enemies, seen and unseen.

Our enemies don’t want to see us live life confidently, authentically, or with purpose.

Our enemies enjoy sending daggers at us such as:
*distractions
*adversity
*sickness
*reminders of the past
*the “I can’t” phrases of excuses
*constant negative thinking

But, Father God has warned us in advance of our enemies. It’s our choice to allow them to succeed.

We are victorious in Christ! Friends, we have power dwelling within us to be “more than conquerors through Christ.”

Fear not! The choice is ours to make! Which path do you choice: defeat or victory. God is our Lord of Host – a MIGHTY WARRIOR!

So, remember, our trials are temporal. Renewing our thoughts daily, through God’s Word, gives us peace of mind to destroy fear that the enemy uses as a weapon.

Friends, we must speak God’s Word and believe it in our minds and hearts that God has already fought this battle. It was won at the CROSS! He has already made a way of escape for you (1 Corinthians10:13)! Do you believe it?

Reflectons:
1. What fears are you struggling with today? Release them from your thoughts by writing them in your journal.  Now, present them to Father God for healing and deliverance.

2. What action steps will you take today and everyday to never pickup that fear again?

3. Now share that fear with a confidant to prayfor you and with you.

4. Daily, record in your journal your victory over this fear.

You are: Confident. Authentic. Purposeful.
