God never changes! Things and people alter; and blessings, one timed prized, with time grow dim; He changes not – nor varies – nor doth falter; and we are ever rich in having Him. God’s love abides – though other lives may perish. Though streams, where at we drank, may sadly dry; Yea – though some love may fail, we much did cherish, we still may find in Him a sure supply. And – to God’s care there surely is no ending! He who gave Christ cannot withhold His care; and we may know the joy of His attending – and in the hour of need shall find Him there!
